Rick started his career as an automotive technician in 1972. He enjoys all sports, especially football, basketball, bowling, baseball, golf and fishing. In fact, Rick bowled his first 300 game in 1993 and has supposedly caught the largest fish nobody has ever seen! He started making jerky in 1998 to bring on his fishing trips. Before he knew it, he was making his jerky for his friends at the bowling alley. After years of perfecting his jerky, Rick has now opened The Shack for you all to enjoy it too!
